Community Outreach & Abroad

During my college years, I had opportunities to participate in community outreach activities here and abroad. These experiences taught me so much about the world and better ways in which we can contribute to the communities around us.

I always want to do more for my community. I will be organizing Know Your Rights workshops for immigrant communities all over New York City.

Mentor and prepare middle school students for the rigors of their secondary education, college and beyond. Through mentoring these students, I tried to give them what my family had given me, the gift of believing that great things are possible in a new country.
